The most important thing in a portrait are the eyes, I think. And this you captured well. But are this portrait good, only because you complete this rule?

Its an good fashion portrait, of course. But not an outstanding, because its to "standart" in look and pose.
You choose a nice colorsetting. the colors ouf the autumn are well captured and I like the great effect light on her head.

But, the basic light on her face is unprofitable set. Its to low. You light her face up from a deep position and so you get the light character from the "evil-guy" like you find the in a theater.
Her cheeks put some dark shadows under her eyes. Also her lips put a unprofitable shadow under her nose.

Maybe a fashin light from a corner above her face would make a better effect for this fashion portrait.

I know, thats a lot of critique on this part of the picture. But especialy this part is the most important. The rest you done very good. So, with some limitation, its an great picture.
